The rental prices for the apartment are based on a minimum stay of 3 nights. In case of booking 1-2 nights, the nightly rate increases by 30%.
The tourist tax is not included in the price. The tourist tax is payable additionally at the following rates: €2 per night for persons over 18 years of age, €1 per night for children aged 12 to 18, while children under 12 are exempt from the tax.
